Reading Around the World

As bookworms, we know that the best feeling in the world is cozying up in our favourite reading spot, with a cup of our favourite drink or a snack and being whisked away by our current read. Getting transported from said favourite spot and taking on a new adventure, befriending new friends, falling in love, etc. The magic never ends for a bookworm. How lucky are we? To fall in love over and over again? To go on a new adventure? To drift away whenever you need to. As a bookworms, we are blessed with that beautiful luxury; But have you ever thought how this luxury is celebrated around the world? How many hours different countries enjoy their reading habit?

  1. Very interesting. I wonder how this has changed compared to the amount of reading in say the 1950s.
