I Can't Believe You Haven't Read That?!

First off, Hello Crazy Readers!

I apologize for my lack of posts over the last couple weeks. I had to dust some cobwebs off the blog this morning! I have been trying to master a juggling act these last few weeks as my life is moving through some transitioning. Nothing major, but time consuming! I am currently enrolled in a Yoga Teacher Training module right now to become Yoga Instructor Certified; While doing that, I am also balancing 2 jobs(Bookstore and dog grooming) along with my day to day life. I am trying to find a balance for everything, but have yet to succeed in that at the moment. Sorry! Please be patient with me!

Okay, enough of that! On with the good stuff!

You Haven't Read That?!

Do you ever feel pressure as a book blogger, or even as a reader to read all the hottest new books and series'. Well, I know I feel the pressure sometimes! Below are some of the most talked about books, that I haven't read. 

Please, no book through upon reading this post. I am not proud of this list!

Harry Potter Boxset (Harry Potter, #1-7)
*Disclaimer: I am currently reading the first one!*

The Infernal Devices: Clockwork Angel; Clockwork Prince; Clockwork Princess (The Infernal Devices, #1-3)
I adored The Mortal Instruments Series! I have no idea why I haven't devoured this series yet!

Across the Universe (Across the Universe, #1)
Science Fiction scares me...

Wither (The Chemical Garden, #1)
Despite the amazing feedback this book/series has gotten. It still doesn't sound like one I would like...

Crank (Crank, #1)
I have read Impulse and Burned and LOVED those! Just have yet to read this one.

Sarah Dessen Gift Set
If I haven't already been shunned by the Book Reading community because of Harry Potter, this one may be the final straw!

Delirium (Delirium, #1)
Or any Lauren Oliver novel for that matter...

Catching Fire (The Hunger Games, #2)
I was late to the party with this series. I devoured The Hunger Games but have yet to pick up the remaining 2 books. 

I'm not proud of this confession! I have no excuses as to why I haven't read these. I own them all; Some in pretty box sets! I guess this is a good time to say: 

"So Many Books, Too Little Time"

  1. I'm happy you are reading Harry Potter! I would never want to force someone or make someone feel bad if they haven't read X book, but I truly believe HP is a series everyone should read :D

  2. I agree with Mel! read HP ASAP! And Catching Fire before the movie comes out. And Across the Universe is amazing! Good luck catching up on all these awesome books!

  3. All of these look so good. I need to just jump on the Cassandra Clare bandwagon already. I keep putting it off, but I won't be able too much longer. Sigh.

    By the way, I want to become a Yoga instructor as well! I'm hoping to do it before we have kids, so that as I raise my kids, I can teach them yoga techniques. I'm obsessed with Bikram yoga, and I found this awesome studio that's decorated like it's neplaese. Sigh. Just thinking about it destresses me.
