I am a Yogi
A lot of people ask me what I enjoy doing in my spare time when I am not reading, working or bouncing around the house with my Fam-Jam...My Fam-Jam consists of my fiance and 2 dogs :)
The answer: Yoga!
Sometimes I can get pretty busy. In last week's post I spoke about my weight loss. Sometimes, it can take up a lot of time! Between work, the gym, running my own pet spa and spending quality time with my awesome fam-jam, I can get pretty frazzled at times! What cures me is some quality time with...well, me! And Yoga helps me do this. Okay, okay, this sounds more like an infomercial than a Personal post, but it's true! I am lucky enough to have a wide open space in my living room right in front of my books(pictured below). I roll out my Yoga mat in front of my beloved books and take a time out Yoga style. I stretch, I work out whatever kinks the day or week gave me, and feel completely refreshed afterwards!
