FF 2012 Feature & Follow #94

Q: Have you had a character that disappointed you? One that you fell in love with and then “broke up” with later on in either the series or a stand-alone book? Tell us about him or her.

A: I can't say that I really had one that I liked then didn't by the end. But there was one character that I just couldn't get into...Elena from The Vampire Diarie Series. I love her character in the show, but she drove me nuts in the books!

Q: Reading Blues: We all get them from time to time. What helps you overcome those reading slumps when nothing seems to grab your attention?

A: I re-read one of my favourite books. It may be a Nicholas Sparks, or one of my fave YA books, but I'll pick something to give me that little break. And then, usually by the end. I am refreshed, my love for reading is sparked again, and in the mood for something new!

  1. I love re-reading old favorites to get me through reading slumps! Jennifer Echols and Sarah Dessen have been known to get me through quite a few actually!

  4. I love Elena!! But then again, i only watch the show, so I wouldn't know what she's like in the books. Nina Dobrev is such an awesome actress! Great answer :)
