Question of the Week: “When did you realize reading was your passion and a truly important part of your life?”
I loved reading when I was little. I read every chance I got. It was definitely a passion then. But then I stopped for some reason around the end of junior high and into high school. The Twilight Saga is what brought back my passion for reading. When I started and couldn't stop I thought "Ah, How I missed this!"

I have to stay classic here: Cinderella! The Fairy Godmother is like the most awesome fairy around, who wouldn't want a fairy that could turn you into a princess to find your prince charming?! Tinkerbell is pretty awesome, too!

Hopping by from the Hop!
ReplyDeleteSame thing happened to me. I always loved reading, then I stopped because of all the books I hated reading in school, and then Twilight brought me back! :)

Cinderella was my pick as well :)
ReplyDeleteWhen did I first realize I loved reading? I wish I could prove a pre-natal predilection towards books but my memories don’t stretch back quite that far.
ReplyDeleteThe earliest memories I can recall involved books. First having them read to me then reading them on my own the minute I had the ability.
Books have been a major part of my life ever since. My passion for the written word knowing no bounds, I started writing books on top of reading them about ten years ago.

ReplyDeleteMy Hop
Hopping by. I think Twilight was a good gateway book for a lot of people to get them into YA. Glad you started reading again.
