When you write reviews, do you write them as you are reading or wait until you have read the entire book?

I always take notes while I'm reading a book, I want jot down something as soon as it is fresh in my mind. By the time the book is done I usually have a least one full page packed with notes, and I use it to help form my review. So I guess the answer is yes, that I do review a book while I'm reading it.
